A word of caution before you embark on keeping yourself fit during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor and do as per her advice. Trust me, they know better. If they advise you to stay in bed, then just do that. I've read on https://www.sridevihospital.com that healthy pregnant women can swim, do yoga, and even dance. But then again, ask your doctor.
